Veterinarians: Request Dates for Surgery

If you already have an estimate for the client, please use the form at the bottom of the page and rank 3 dates for possible surgery.
- We will reserve our best surgery date with you
- We ask that you confirm this with the client
- Then please confirm this date with us within 48 hours.
The calendar below shows our availability:
- “Open” – we are available to go anywhere.
- ”1 Tech” – we only have 1 vet tech available this day so can do some soft tissue surgeries. For more advanced soft tissue surgeries and/or orthopedics, we will need a member of your team to help us on these days.
- “<Location>” (such as “Wauwatosa”, “Pewaukee”, etc.”) – we are scheduled in this location already. If this is near you, we might be able to schedule your surgery the same date, depending on availability of instrumentation, etc.
- “Closed” or “Booked” – we are already booked or not available this date.
We have 2 time slots now. Times are approximate – we will firm up times based on the procedures scheduled.
